After a 20-year career leading people in the financial services sector, I realized something; my greatest impact wasn’t in driving numbers or hitting KPIs. It was in helping people see who they truly are beneath the roles, titles, and expectations. I found that when leaders leaned into their authentic selves, they didn’t just perform better, they thrived. That realization sparked the creation of Soul Path Leadership.
Soul Path Leadership was born from the belief that leadership isn’t just about strategy, results, or climbing the corporate ladder. It’s about alignment; bridging the gap between ambition and authenticity, success and soul. I saw too many high-achievers burning out, disconnected from their purpose, leading from a place of obligation rather than inspiration. I wanted to change that.
